Ashton Hardstaff, Solicitor

Ashton commenced working with McWilliams Lawyers in March 2018. In March 2020 Ashton was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

During her time at McWilliams Lawyers Ashton has gained broad exposure to commercial property matters, including commercial leasing, conveyancing, option deeds, joint ventures, sale contracts, strata title law and property development.

In addition, Ashton has acted on a pro bono basis for a number of not for profit associations to review and amend their constitutions and to advise on compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA).
